Minato (ミナト), nicknamed Min, is a superb first-rate ninja residing in Neo Arcadia, under the codename Wavelength. After striving to become a great ninja, Minato began to mentor others, such as his son, Kage. Along the way, he met and mentored Aranza Whitmore. Although she would later die after a botched mayoral campaign event, he still continued to fight for her and even initiated the reanimation jutsu to resurrect her.

When Minato was a young teenager, he taught himself how to play the piano. He has created songs and melodies, but also enjoyed doing cover songs.
Eventually, Minato became a shinobi, renowned for his splendid ninjutsu skills and chakra control, granting him superhuman speed. He was a natural prodigy as a child, and eventually become an unmatched generational shinobi.

- Sai Mastery: Minato is also a master in the use of twin sai. Although he can use his sai for their intentional purpose of trapping his enemies' weapons within their prongs, he also uses them in a manner akin to daggers, stabbing and piercing his opponents. When holding them in a reverse grip between his fingers, Minato can use the pommel of his sai to increase the effect of his punches.

- Stealth: The Essence of a Ninja is deception, how one deceives their opponent. Things like deceiving and catching one off guard is a Shinobi's duty. As one, Minato is able to be one with darkness and hide and move within the shadows without being noticed. He can also move so fast he is invisible.
- Genius-Level Intelligence: Minato's sensei as he is brilliant, being a keen-minded and observant child prodigy. Known for his incredible speed, he gained the nickname of the Yellow Flash. However, it is not only his body that is fast, but also his mind. Imbued with observational skills beyond par, Minato is shown to be able to decipher the mechanics on any technique upon seeing it only once. His observational skills further enabled him to deduce his opponent's strengths and weaknesses and devise a quick response that he can execute within seconds. He is also the holder of the highest marks in his ninja academy, and invented techniques like the Rasengan, while also gaining mastery over complicated maneuvers like the Flying Raijin and a myriad of sealing techniques.
- Expert Tactician: In combat, Minato could correctly deduce the basic mechanics behind a jutsu after seeing it only once, and from there plan around its strengths and weaknesses to his or his allies' advantage. With his observational skills he could determine an opponent's plans and motivations based on only limited evidence. After he had finished analyzing, Minato would strike quickly and with precision, attacking vulnerabilities at the most opportune moments. As a ninja, Minato is able to use unorthodox strategies and tactics, such as scattering his Hiraishin Kunai all over a battlefield before engaging enemies, so that he could teleport to them at any time. He has brought victory by appearing randomly into the enemy's lines, using his great speed to seemingly be in several places at once, and wiping out entire squadrons before they could even react. With his great reflexes, he could teleport at short-range, allowing him to simultaneously dodge an attack and strike at his opponent's blind-spot.

Even when casting one Jutsu, Minato avoids the eyes of his opponents, catches them off balance, and outsmarts them.
- Rasengan/Spiraling Sphere: Minato is responsible for creating the Rasengan, and he perfected it and made it unique to him. He based it on the Tailed Beast Bomb technique, and spent three years creating it, which he intended to be the highest form of shape transformation. The Rasengan is stronger than Chidori. Once the Rasengan is formed, it does not require any additional chakra to sustain it, which means that there is no definite limit to how long the Rasengan can be maintained.
- Kage Bunshin no Jutsu/Shadow Clone Jutsu: An extremely advanced technique, Minato can create many clones of himself.
- Rasen Senkō Chō Rinbukō Sanshiki/Spiralling Flash Super Round Dance Howl Style Three: Minato marks six kunai with the Flying Raijin formula, throws them simultaneously in a wide circle and teleports between them at enough speed to generate flashes of lightning; any caught within the technique's range are thrown back and singed by the resulting friction.
