Jake "Rookie" Long is an intern and trainee of the EPF as well as their lead communications agent.
Biography[]
Agent of the EPF[]
Jake Long became a rookie agent of the Elite Protection Federation, becoming one of the agency's top brass due to his knack for managing communications. He was frequently under the supervision of his fellow agent Chris Alex due to Long's tendency to mess up. Like Alex, he allied with the superhero team, the Arcadian Rebels, although his status with them is unknown after Alex decided to not be close with the vigilantes.

Jake is excitable, clumsy, and always eager to act, whether for a mission or to make friends. He is a nice person, although he tends to make mistakes.
It was stunningly revealed that Jake harbors depression and suicidal tendencies. He is also not a very smart thinker. He has attempted to take his own life on at least one occasion, forcing him to be supervised by EPF tactical lead Chris Alex.
Abilities[]
Jake has went through basic EPF training, however, he is the least skilled and experienced of the top brass. He is the agency's communications lead.
