Lieutenant Andrew "Dwarf" King is a United States Marine who served under the command of Lieutenant General John Roy.

Andrew "Dwarf" King, nicknamed for his height, joined the military sometime after turning 18. He became a Marine, and served under Lieutenant General John Roy. When Andrew was serving stateside, he befriended Jason Kade while visiting his commanding officer. He presumably returned to the battlefield later on.

- Peak Human Condition: As a United States Marine, Andrew is trained to superb physical form with heightened levels of strength and resilience.
- Skilled Combatant: Andrew is able to hold his own in a fight due to his career as a Marine Corps operative.
- Skilled Marksman: Andrew specializes in the use of pistols, and occasionally assault or sniper rifles. He received personal training from his superior, however, he is far surpassed in accuracy by the former.

- Heckler & Koch P30: Andrew's main sidearm is a semi-automatic German pistol. It is a fully ambidextrous short recoil operated pistol.
- Glock 17: The 9mm full sized semi-automatic version of the incredibly popular Glock family is Andrew's backup sidearm.
- SIG Sauer P226: A .40 caliber pistol commonly used by numerous military organizations worldwide. This one is fitted with a Surefire X300 weapon light, and is Andrew's backup backup.
- Glock 26: The subcompact variant of the Glock. It is easy to conceal while carrying but is not very effective.
- SIG-Sauer P230:
- Colt M4A1: Andrew carries a fully automatic assault rifle when acting as a member of a tactical team.
- AK-47: A very popular, if not the most, rifle. It boasts a large capacity magazine and long distance accuracy.
